Our impressive beach side facility is available to hire for weddings, conferences, meetings and other functions.

The venue offers two spaces for hire.

Main Function Area – 153 m2

This premium space includes access to the main balcony along the building’s frontage, providing uninterrupted views of the New Brighton Pier and surrounding beach, as well as the wider Pegasus Bay area. Access is also included to the landscape deck at the rear of the building. This space also comes equipped with a kitchen, bar, lift for disability access and an AV system with multiple TV screens.
Comfortably seats up to 80 people, or 100 standing.

Member Lounge – 77 m2

The Members lounge is a smaller space that comfortably fits up to 30 people. This space is perfect for community groups or businesses to hold meetings or other business activity. This area comes with tables and chairs, a small kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi.
